At Bharoxify, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Products that are damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear are not eligible for returns.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personal care or hygiene products (if applicable)
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or sale items (unless received damaged or defective)

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
  • Refunds typically take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Damaged or Wrong Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or defective item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
  • For other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping charges.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
